Two Main Keys to Success with MMS/CD
You might think there are too many details to pay attention to when doing a MMS/CD protocol. Well, I’m not gonna lie to you, there are some details involved. But let me tell you two key points if you want to get well using MMS/CD. These points are of utmost importance and these two points, believe it or not, are where those who fail usually mess up.
Number One: You gotta be constant (it is better to do less drops consistently every hour for 8-10 hours than to do a lot all at once. Be diligent to take your dose consecutively every hour on the hour. A fundamental principle of MMS is that hitting the pathogens every hour does not give pathogens time to regroup and build back up, but instead, being constantly hit without a chance to regroup, they die off.
You may find you can only handle 1 drop an hour, even though last year you did 3 drops an hour with no problem. Why is this? Our bodies change; different types of pathogens or toxins, or different amounts of pathogens or toxins may contribute to varied reactions. Any number of circumstances and conditions may have bearing on how much MMS/CD you can tolerate.
But remember, the key is consistency. If you have to reduce your dose, due to feeling nauseous or getting loose bowels, reduce, but DO NOT quit. Keep it up on an hourly basis. Keep in mind, it is not a race to see how much MMS/CD you can take. We have had some people with advanced cancers get well on only 1-drop doses of MMS/CD each hour, and some on even less, a 1/4 or 1/2 drop dose–but they were consistent taking their drops every hour for 8 to 10 hours a day. So again, consistency is key. Stick to it.
Number Two: Another key point is take notice of what might be canceling out the MMS/CD. I’ve put guidelines in my book, see page 56, and Chapter 8 in the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, on what things cancel out MMS/CD. Start there, and if you are not getting results take a look at what you might be doing that is cancelling out chlorine dioxide in your body.
Look at your diet and consider what may need to be eliminated, or take note of what other factor may be involved. For example, the general rule for those who drink coffee or tea is to separate these drinks out from your dose by 2 hours. This could mean you drink your coffee at breakfast, and then wait two hours before you start your dosing hours. This has worked for many through the years, but if you are not seeing results, you might want to cut the coffee and all caffeine drinks out all together for the time you are on a protocol.
Drinks and foods have what is called a half-life and for some, depending on their condition and what is going on in their body this could have bearing on getting well. “Separating out” for one or two hours may not be enough. So pay attention and listen to your body.
The main point I am saying here, is be consistent with hourly dosing, and pay attention to what could be cancelling out MMS. If you are not getting results, change something, adjust your diet, increase your dose, add on a Supporting Protocol and so on. The details are all in the book. (MMS Health Recovery Guidebook)
Note: In the context of food and drinks, half-life (specifically biological half-life) refers to the time it takes for your body to metabolize, break down, or eliminate half of a consumed substance, such as caffeine, alcohol, or nutrients.
It describes how long a substance remains active in your system before being filtered out by the liver or kidneys. For example, if a substance has a 5-hour half-life, 50% is gone in 5 hours, 75% in 10 hours, and so on.
A substance’s half-life can differ based on age, metabolism, liver function, and genetics.
