Health Recovery Plan (HRP)

Note: Following is Jim’s reply to someone who asked him if MMS/CD would help a specific health condition they did not see mentioned in any of his books:

Every week at least one new person approaches me with the question asking if MMS/CD will help them overcome some new disease. It is important to know that MMS/CD is a oxidizer that fits into the operation of the body in the exact right chemical balance to kill diseases and their poisons and heavy metals. Drugs must somehow attack the nucleus of the disease in order to kill it and they often never do the job, but the chlorine dioxide oxidizer just attacks the pathogen. Pathogens have no protection for oxidizers and no way of developing a protection. Today, there are thousands of diseases with names someone has given them and it’s nearly impossible to keep track of all of them. So I can only tell you that chlorine dioxide has a very high chance of overcoming your disease just like the rest of them. In 70 years no known disease has developed a resistance to this oxidizer.

In the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook I couldn’t possibly list every disease known to mankind. There are too many, but just the same, the MMS/CD oxidizer is effective against nearly all diseases if used correctly and consistently. Consistently is key.

It surprises people when I say, there is really only “1” MMS/CD protocol, and that is the Health Recovery Plan. I know it is hard to believe, but MMS/CD takes care of all the conditions that you mention, with the Health Recovery Plan. Buy the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. This book is the result of feed-back from thousands and thousands of people. Get the book and follow the HRP (Health Recovery Plan). It is all there. Try it, but do it exactly as the protocols are given in the book. Those protocols were developed after receiving back thousands of emails and data from thousands of cases.

Follow the Health Recovery Plan for whatever the problem is. Study Chapter 5 and get the real concept of the Health Recovery Plan, then follow it and you have a good chance of helping your loved one recover. This plan guides one to know how to add on additional protocols or procedures if and when needed. Nearly all diseases and health problems can be remedied with chlorine dioxide (MMS) by following the instructions in the Guidebook.

The main things to remember are:

  • Follow the Health Recovery Plan. Our Key Protocols go together with a number of Supporting Protocols to make up the Health Recovery Plan. (See Chapter 5)
  • Start with the Starting Procedure. (page 79) and go up through the Key Protocols adding on Supporting Protocols if needed. (See page 71 for explanation on Supporting Protocols and how to add them on.)
  • Follow the Three Golden Rules. Always, always, always, follow these rules.
  • Be consistent (it is better to do less but consistently every hour for 8-10 hours than to do a lot all at once. Be diligent to take your dose consecutively every hour on the hour. A fundamental principle of MMS/CD is that hitting the pathogens every hour does not give pathogens time to regroup and build back up, but instead, being consistently hit without a chance to regroup, they die off. You may find you can only handle 1 drop an hour, even though last year you did 3 drops an hour with no problem. Why is this? Our bodies change; different types of pathogens or toxins, or different amounts of pathogens or toxins may contribute to varied reactions. Any number of circumstances and conditions may have bearing on how much MMS/CD you can tolerate. I want to repeat, it is not a race to see how much MMS/CD you can take. We have had some people with advanced cancers get well on only 1-drop doses of MMS/CD each hour and low doses of MMS2, and some on even less, a 1/4 or 1/2 drop dose, but they were consistent taking their drops every hour for 8 to 10 hours a day.
  • Read Chapter 8 in the Guidebook to make sure you are not doing something that nullifies MMS/CD. Listen to your body.

Overweight Challenges

Most all the people who talk about health say you have to overcome being overweight, and I agree. But it is not nearly as hard as you might believe. We now have MMS/CD. That’s something that most people before, in longevity programs, didn’t have. With MMS/CD it is possible to beat nearly all the diseases that I know of including being overweight. I don’t believe you are overweight because you are eating like a pig, or because you just need to eat all the time, or even that you have an urge to overeat all the time. Over eating may contribute to the problem, but there is something wrong. You are overweight because you have some sort of a physical problem, mainly a disease pathogen of some kind.

Chances are if you go to a medical doctor he will put you on some kind of a diet and some pills and if you carefully diet for a while you may lose some weight or a lot of weight but how soon will you have it all back? Normally pretty soon. But we have MMS/CD. The protocol in my Guidebook known as the HRP (Health Recovery Plan) covers this. It doesn’t go into a lot of talk specifically about being overweight, but since I wrote the book and since I have dealt with many overweight people I am saying that if you get on that plan, the HRP, you have a good chance to be able to handle the overweight problem and the time will come when your weight will be right. And, you will have overcome the problem without starving yourself.

Some weight problems can take a great deal of time to handle and some can be handled right away. But in no case do I expect you to handle a weight problem in less than three weeks of doing the HRP. It can take as much time as 6, 10, 15, or 25 weeks or more. You have to be willing to do the whole program for as long as it takes. This consists of starting with the Starting Procedure, and continuing with Protocol 1000 until you have killed all of the pathogens in your body and oxidized all of the poisons that might be causing the extra weight. Make sure to follow all of the instructions in the book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.

You might say, “But I just overeat.” Yes, but why do you over eat? You say you are hungry, but again, why are you hungry? Well, the body covers pain, sickness, nausea, and other discomforts by overloading the body first with hunger and then with food. For a healthy body, one that is not loaded with diseases and poisons, nature simply will not let you get fat even when you over eat. I can’t predict how long it will take MMS/CD to rid your body of all poisons and pathogens that are making you overweight, but if you will start today, I am pretty sure you will be on your way to being a proper weight within the next year—depending on how overweight you are. Sorry if it takes longer, it could take some time, I don’t know, because each person has a different amount of poisons attached to strategic parts of his/her system and the various organs of the body and different kinds of pathogens, and if you are overweight, they are there.

I suggest you read my book. There are no dangerous side effects to taking MMS/CD. Be determined if you want to live long and have a good quality of life, you can do it. Finally, if you have gone for weeks and months and for some reason you still aren’t slowly losing weight, be sure to read over Chapter 8 “Reality Check”, in the book.

On the other hand, if you have been at the protocol from 2 to 10 weeks or more, and it is in fact working and you are slowly losing weight, just keep it up.

The Bottom Line Key to Longevity

Here is something very critical to your living a long happy life and in good condition. This might be the most vital of all things you do for longevity. It is, stay busy and be useful to humanity. Just sitting around in a rocking chair isn’t going to get it. When you lose your usefulness, Nature will take you out.

Something the elderly possess which is of great value is wisdom. Get involved giving younger people advice, or write a book, or several books. Teach others about MMS/CD, do charity work, stay busy online giving nutritional information, or helping others recover their health. Keep busy with any number of a hundred other things you can be doing to pass on the wisdom you have acquired over the years.

Do something you enjoy, something that is useful and that which has value. Do something, or you will soon be at the end.
