MMS/CD and Antioxidants
Some folks get confused and a bit hung up on the issue of MMS/CD and antioxidants. While it is true, we have said and many others emphasize, you cannot take MMS/CD with antioxidants. Fair enough, it stands to reason that taking antioxidants with an oxidizer is not the best thing to do.
BUT, you have to get a balance here. Consider this: For one, what is the type of “antioxidant” one is taking, is it a “strong” antioxidant? What is the amount you are taking, the strength of it, and so on. Having said this, I am not saying just throw all caution to the wind and consume any amount of antioxidants while doing an MMS/CD protocol. But for example, a few blueberries on top of your morning oatmeal is probably a non-issue while taking MMS, or a little bit of ginger mixed in with a stir fry. On the other hand, things like moringa, which is a very strong antioxidant, is a different story—and we know moringa does neutralize MMS.
The safest way to use antioxidants when on an MMS protocol is to start with MMS in the morning, early, use it hourly for 8 hours, wait two hours after the last dose and then take the antioxidants. But know this—antioxidants will carry into the blood and so will MMS, and thus they can cancel out one another. So think about separating them out. MMS only stays in the blood for about one hour after the last dose for the day. So to be safe, if you have waited two hours, the MMS is completely gone and thus cannot be affected by the antioxidant.
An important key here and something I say repeatedly is always follow the Three Golden Rules of MMS. This is so important. If you are taking certain antioxidant foods and trying to follow the guidelines I have mentioned here, but you are not seeing satisfactory results, well then consider what you may need to change—eliminate the blueberries (as an example). Change what you are doing—such as take a serious look at your diet and see if something needs to be eliminated for a time. Whatever you do, don’t stress over it. Listen to your body and change something if you are not getting results—but don’t quit!
