MMS/CD and Plastics

Question: How does MMS interact with various plastics?

Jim: In regards to your question about plastics, we really cannot give you a “sure bet” answer. This is because the world of plastics is vast, and like so many things in our environment, it’s difficult to know what is really what. To give you an idea, a University of Texas Study published in Environmental Health Perspectives confirmed that hormone-disrupting chemicals leach from almost all plastics, even BPA-free plastics.

So talking about the BPA issue for example. You can go down the aisle in the supermarket today and see the label “BPA Free” many times over, but what they do not tell you however, is what else is in the item that is marked “BPA free” that is toxic. Much like the sugar craze –when “sugar” was the bad guy we started seeing labels “sugar free” everywhere—but if you look closer you might find the product is full of high fructose corn syrup or some other very toxic sugar substitutes.

So all this to say, we really can’t say if the product you want to purchase on Amazon is safe with MMS or not, because we would have to do thorough investigation and testing on on the product to know that. It pays to learn how to read labels and it pays to do your research.

We would say if you want to be safe, don’t use plastics—find a ceramic bathtub or some other solution. And I might add, use glass water bottles, food storage containers and so on. I hope this is a help and not discouraging and we hope you find a doable solution, there is always a way.
