Question: Someone said they experienced heartburn after taking MMS tabs.
Jim: The best remedy for heart burn is vinegar. Use 5 or 6% vinegar. Put 1 tablespoon of vinegar in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water and drink. Contrary to what some people think, heartburn is not caused by too much acid, it is caused by too little stomach acid (HCl) and vinegar stimulates stomach acid. This has been effectively used by thousands.
