Jim on Dosing with Vitamin C & MMS/CD

A lot of people like to take mega doses of Vitamin C for different reasons. I mean mega doses, like 5 grams (not milligrams but grams), or even more in a day. Often they take it in the evening. If it were me, I would take Vitamin C some time in the afternoon or evening, and I would take the chlorine dioxide early in the morning. This is because that is when you have been like 12 hours without any Vitamin C. I would take my MMS/CD early in the morning, and then you are going to have another 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 hours for the MMS/CD to operate in your body before you take another dose of Vitamin C. I would try to separate them out that way—in my opinion, that would be the best way to separate them out. In any case, you want to separate your mega dose of Vitamin C as far out from the dose of MMS/CD as you possibly can.

Note from Jim Humble Team: Jim gave the above counsel a number of years ago. Today, some people have brought up the issue about the “half-life” of not only Vitamin C, but other substances such as caffeine, that are known to cancel out MMS/CD. Over the years, many have separated things out from their MMS/CD dose by one or two hours and have been able to overcome whatever issue was going on in their body at the time. The workings of the human body can be very mysterious, and as we know, there can be many factors involved in one’s healing process. So, this is a reminder to do as Jim would often say,

“Always, always, always follow the Three Golden Rules of MMS/CD.”

If you are not seeing sufficient progress, and you are consuming things like coffee, tea, orange juice, alcohol, supplements, Vitamin C and so on even though you are “separating out” the times of your dosing from these things, nevertheless, if you are not seeing progress, you might want to cut some of the known things that cancel MMS/CD out of your diet all together for a period of time and see if it makes a difference in recovery. For more information on this, please see pages 51-56 as well as Chapter 8, in Jim’s book “MMS Health Recovery Guidebook” available HERE.

Jim’s Personal MMS/CD Practice

Counsel given December 2020:

Note:  Someone asked if Jim takes MMS/CD regularly and if so, what is the dosage?

Answer:  Jim takes at least one maintenance dose a day. Usually first thing in the morning, and at this time normally a 5-drop dose, though the recommended maintenance dosage is usually a 6-drop dose—but in recent times he does well on 5. Sometimes he will change this routine for a few weeks and take his maintenance dose before bed instead of in the morning.

He is a firm believer in “listen to your body”. We are all bio-individual, and thus what is ideal for one, may be different for another and even what is ideal for an individual one month, may change for that same individual a couple of months later.  Jim says, “You really gotta pay attention to the signals your body is giving you—always follow the Three Golden Rules of MMS!  Jim follows his own Health Recovery Plan (HRP), which advocates adjusting dosing to the individual. (More info on the HRP in the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook: https://jimhumble.co/books/

Depending on the situation and the need, he may take more than one dose a day, or he may go on an hourly protocol for some days as well, again, depending on the need and what his body is indicating. For example, if he is exposed to more things than usual, such as while traveling, he may dose more in a day, say 3 times a day. Or, if he feels he is fighting something or sickness is coming on, he may go on a 15-minute protocol for a couple hours, or take Protocol 6 and 6, then go on hourly doses for a time if needed, depending how he is led to “nip things in the bud”—again, “listen to your body”.

He often uses Supporting and Additional Protocols if he feels the need (Spray Bottle is a staple, Eye Drops, Foot Baths, and so on). He will sometimes add DMSO to his dose, even to the daily maintenance dose—once again, listen to your body. (Note:  For every 1 activated drop of MMS/CD add 3 drops of DMSO to the dose).

In short, MMS/CD in some form is a regular part of Jim’s health practice.  The above explains some of the basic ways Jim uses MMS/CD on and ongoing basis, but it is not a complete list of all the various ways he may feel led to use it, and this does not reflect the times when he may feel led to do a full scale protocol, such as the three week Protocol 1000, if he feels the need for deeper cleansing of toxins and so on.  Hope this helps.

The Bottom Line Key to Longevity

Here is something very critical to your living a long happy life and in good condition. This might be the most vital of all things you do for longevity. It is, stay busy and be useful to humanity. Just sitting around in a rocking chair isn’t going to get it. When you lose your usefulness, Nature will take you out.

Something the elderly possess which is of great value is wisdom. Get involved giving younger people advice, or write a book, or several books. Teach others about MMS/CD, do charity work, stay busy online giving nutritional information, or helping others recover their health. Keep busy with any number of a hundred other things you can be doing to pass on the wisdom you have acquired over the years.

Do something you enjoy, something that is useful and that which has value. Do something, or you will soon be at the end.

Oxidation vs. Poison

When explaining MMS/CD consider this:  All drugs, pharmaceutical and all else, seek to kill diseases by poisoning them. They put the poisons in the body and expect that the poisons will kill the disease before it kills the person, but these drugs (poisons) is just that—poisonous to the body. But the body doesn’t do it that way. The body kills diseases by oxidation. Oxidation is not poison and does not poison the body. So, this is another way of explaining how MMS/CD works. The body has been using oxidation to kill diseases for hundreds of thousands of years and nature did that because it is not poisonous. We use chlorine dioxide which is not poisonous. Even herbs do not use oxidation to kill diseases. Only oxygen, chlorine dioxide, and hydrogen peroxide are chemicals that are non-poisonous and kill disease without using poison. (The body only makes tiny amounts of hydrogen peroxide.)

Poison penetrates the cells of the microorganism and kills the nucleus. Oxidation destroys things by pulling away their electrons, a totally different method of destroying microorganisms.

Hopefully this explanation can help people understand how it all works.

Use of Magnets for Broken Bones

Notes from a discussion regarding someone who badly broke their wrist and it was not healing up properly:

Jim: (Referring to a violet ray machine):

A magnet is like an electrode on your body, that is putting electricity on your body but in case of the violet ray machine the electricity is inside the electrode and producing something (ozone) on the outside of the electrode, it’s not the same thing.

My opinion on her problem is the bone broke and it hasn’t healed exactly right—if it were me, I would go with magnetism more than the violet ray machine. I would go with magnetism rather than ozone. I think ozone is just going to the surface and it does penetrate a certain amount into skin and get into the blood to a certain extent, but the magnetism goes deep, all the way through and it gets in there and allows the body to be able to heal one hundred times more efficiently than if it was left without magnetism. The magnetism brings the blood, the magnetism helps clean the blood, but it also brings the blood to the area and helps the healing a tremendous amount. I think the magnetism would help a lot more than the violet ray, however the violet ray could also help.

Comment: Her bones are healed evidently, but she thinks the way it was set, the cast pushed on something and affected something else.

Jim:

Yes, but the area has not healed properly, or it wouldn’t be giving her problems, and so when you put the magnetism on there, you bring a lot more blood there and you allow it to heal and the body, the brain, actually knows how it should heal. It was not able to heal properly because of a hundred reasons, and if it didn’t heal properly there is some kind of a reason why it didn’t heal properly. But the brain still has the pattern and it knows how it is supposed to be, so if you make it more “healable”, more able to be healed, it will probably heal it correctly.

Question: But how do you tell somebody to go with magnets, because there are all different approaches on how to use magnets, there is bio-magnetism pair and there are various other different methods. Practitioners tend to merge the methods sometimes, which might not be a bad idea, but how to do you tell someone to use magnets for this? Do you just tell them to get a magnet of a certain strength (X amount of gauss) and put one on top and one on the bottom. How do you guide someone to do this–to use the magnets?

Jim:

Well, if they wanted to do my way I would draw them a picture, but I can’t say across the board. I would just say get some strong magnets and place it across the wrist in this case, in a way that they are pulling on one another (one on top and one on bottom) and North and South. What matters is that they are pulling on one another—one on the top and one on the bottom. It only matters that they are pulling on one another. One has got to be North and one has to be South that is all.

Question: So if the arm was not in the middle, they would be stuck together, that is “pulling”, they would be sticking together?

Jim:

Yes. In other words, if the arm was not in the way they would be sticking together—they have to be pulling on one another. And you gotta hold them in that way. You can tape them on, or you can go to a machine shop and ask them to put a steel bar from the top of the magnets—like a U shape.

After eight months my broken neck was not healing, I did this method and my neck was healed in 5 days. I had x-rays to prove it and took them to the doctor to show him, but he didn’t want to hear anything about it.

Important additional note from Jim on magnet method for broken bones: When using this method, it’s important to know it can be sort of like taking too much MMS/CD, you gotta quit when necessary. If you take too much MMS/CD, you might get nauseous or diarrhea and you have to back off. So with this magnet method if you put them on and you start getting pain or rather more pain then when you began, you have to take it off. So you might have to put it on and then take it off for a while, and then put it on again, until it doesn’t cause pain when you put it on. When it doesn’t cause pain when you put it on for a certain amount of time, then you know you are healed.

And probably MMS/CD (taken internally) will help, especially if there is pain. Quite often what happens when you get pain, when it’s not properly done or the bone is not set right, there is a weak area, and when there is a weak area, that is where pathogens take over because the area is weak and the pathogens create the pain. So if you use MMS/CD you can hopefully eradicate the pathogens, which takes the pain away, which allows the healing to continue. So if you get an area like a break and it’s creating pain like that, the pain may keep it from healing and MMS/chlorine dioxide can help that.
