Don’t Stop Until Well

If you want to take MMS/CD to overcome a health condition or disease, remember, a very important thing is never stop taking MMS/CD until you are well. Everyone is different, there are usually multiple factors involved in health recovery, and sometimes getting well takes some time—so stick to it, as the old saying goes, don’t leave school before the bell rings.

When well, I suggest you work on making any necessary life style changes that will help you stay healthy and fit. This may include one or more of several things such as:

  • Do your best to eliminate any source of toxic poisons constantly entering into the bloodstream, such as remove root canals and attend to any infected oral cavitations.
  • Remove mold from your home and/or office.
  • Obtain a good water supply free of harmful chemicals, etc. (See Chapter 8, Reality Check in the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, for more ideas on things you may need to change in order to stay healthy).
  • Make physical activity part of your daily routine—movement is a great healer.
  • Get proper rest.
  • Reduce stress in your life.
  • Cultivate good relationships with others.
  • Embrace a daily spiritual practice.
  • Strengthen your immune system through following a good nutritional plan.
  • Eat real food.

Now, don’t let this list scare you. As you incorporate various things into your life, it will get easier, and most of all, you will feel better and have way more energy to face life. Do what you can, keep it simple, move at your own pace. You can’t necessarily do everything all at once. Take it one step at a time, but do take the steps—keep moving forward.

MMS/CD and Nutrition Programs

It is wise to thoughtfully maintain a nutrition program adequate to maintain your immune system. MMS/CD takes unwanted pathogens and parasites out of your body with great efficiency, but it provides no nutritional minerals or vitamins. It is important to maintain intake of friendly micro-organisms (acidophilus, and other flora). MMS/CD itself does not kill intestinal friendly micro-organisms but forceful diarrhea can sometimes reduce their numbers. Similarly, it is important to maintain intake of minerals, especially calcium and magnesium.

Now, overall, I suggest that if one is doing a standard MMS/CD protocol, initially it may be beneficial to not worry about nutritional intake and supplements—but let the MMS/CD do it’s thing. This is for a time however, usually up to three weeks, the typical duration of the standard Protocol 1000. But there comes a time when one must pay close attention to nutrition because nutritional intake is critical to the immune system. Of course, the best nutrition is through good, clean, pesticide free “real” food if you can get it that way. Daily sunshine on the skin will maintain your vitamin D or, but if you rarely see the sun, you may consider getting your “D” with supplements which are essential for maintaining the immune system. While MMS/CD is in my opinion, the most potent germicidal agent on the planet, only the immune system produces healing and maintenance of health. Nutrients and MMS

From the Jim Humble Archives:

Overall, I do not recommend taking nutrients while you are detoxing with MMS (chlorine dioxide). You are feeding the parasites and bugs if you do that. People have a hard time doing this, but in general, I would say don’t take nutrients with MMS protocols, because if you have not killed all the pathogens yet, you are just feeding them, they take the nutrients first, you get what’s left over, so better to wait and add in the supplements after you do the protocols.

Many of the autistic children got better quicker and did way better when they stopped the nutrients for a while, while bugs were getting killed. If you have to do prolonged protocols like for 3 months or so, then maybe add some nutrients in and separate things out, you have to see. But overall, for example if you are doing Protocol 1000, a 21 day protocol, I’d say hold off on the supplements and nutrients during that time, then when pathogens have been handled, add the nutrition in.
