Jim’s Personal MMS/CD Practice

Counsel given December 2020:

Note:  Someone asked if Jim takes MMS/CD regularly and if so, what is the dosage?

Answer:  Jim takes at least one maintenance dose a day. Usually first thing in the morning, and at this time normally a 5-drop dose, though the recommended maintenance dosage is usually a 6-drop dose—but in recent times he does well on 5. Sometimes he will change this routine for a few weeks and take his maintenance dose before bed instead of in the morning.

He is a firm believer in “listen to your body”. We are all bio-individual, and thus what is ideal for one, may be different for another and even what is ideal for an individual one month, may change for that same individual a couple of months later.  Jim says, “You really gotta pay attention to the signals your body is giving you—always follow the Three Golden Rules of MMS!  Jim follows his own Health Recovery Plan (HRP), which advocates adjusting dosing to the individual. (More info on the HRP in the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook: https://jimhumble.co/books/

Depending on the situation and the need, he may take more than one dose a day, or he may go on an hourly protocol for some days as well, again, depending on the need and what his body is indicating. For example, if he is exposed to more things than usual, such as while traveling, he may dose more in a day, say 3 times a day. Or, if he feels he is fighting something or sickness is coming on, he may go on a 15-minute protocol for a couple hours, or take Protocol 6 and 6, then go on hourly doses for a time if needed, depending how he is led to “nip things in the bud”—again, “listen to your body”.

He often uses Supporting and Additional Protocols if he feels the need (Spray Bottle is a staple, Eye Drops, Foot Baths, and so on). He will sometimes add DMSO to his dose, even to the daily maintenance dose—once again, listen to your body. (Note:  For every 1 activated drop of MMS/CD add 3 drops of DMSO to the dose).

In short, MMS/CD in some form is a regular part of Jim’s health practice.  The above explains some of the basic ways Jim uses MMS/CD on and ongoing basis, but it is not a complete list of all the various ways he may feel led to use it, and this does not reflect the times when he may feel led to do a full scale protocol, such as the three week Protocol 1000, if he feels the need for deeper cleansing of toxins and so on.  Hope this helps.

Why It Could Not Be Stopped

Just ONE Advice

Here’s a video clip of Jim giving one bit of advice for life… We will be releasing more clips like this in the future so stay tuned.

Taking Too Much MMS

MMS does not make people sick unless they take too much. I think probably the biggest mistake that continues to be made in using the MMS/Chlorine Dioxide Protocols is going too fast. I am talking, of course, about both MMS1, MMS2, and CDS and CDH.

Again and again I encounter people who were either sick themselves or were helping someone else who was sick, and they used too much MMS/CD which resulted in the sick person becoming even more sick, or rather having an additional discomfort of nausea or diarrhea which added to their present discomfort. This sometimes results in the parties giving up before resolving the sickness. This situation can be avoided!

I have mentioned nausea and diarrhea in my books, but although I say that nausea and diarrhea are not usually a bad sign when taking MMS/CD, it can be avoided.  Feeling worse after taking MMS/CD is only caused by one thing, and that is taking too much. What I mean is taking too much at one time. Please remember that MMS/CD can destroy pathogens in large numbers in the body which in turn can dump large amounts of dead pathogens and their poisons into the system. When this happens it can cause nausea, diarrhea, and other forms of discomfort which usually only last for a few hours, but this can be very distressing. This is commonly known as a healing crisis, but it can be avoided, or greatly minimized.

Protocol 1000 which is simply taking a maximum of 3 drops of MMS1 an hour for 8 hours a day for three weeks can sometimes cause nausea and/or increased illness for a time. But please understand, I don’t usually suggest starting off with taking 3 drops an hour. The sicker (more toxic) the person is, the smaller the beginning doses should be. I suggest starting out with the Starting Procedure in my book—which suggests starting out with ¼ drop an hour, but one could go so far as to take as little as 1/16th of a drop of MMS/CD each hour to begin with. (Note: For directions on how prepare a fraction of a drop dose i.e. 1/4th or 1/16th of a drop dose of MMS/CD see the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, pages 79-84) And in such a case, one would slowly work up to a maximum dose of 3 drops an hour.

The cardinal rule is if one feels nausea, or is getting a little sicker, or experiencing diarrhea or any other discomfort after taking some MMS/CD, he should reduce the next one hour dose by 50%. MMS is not supposed to make you feel worse, it is supposed to make you feel better. There may be a thousand reasons why you think that feeling worse is OK or it is necessary, but take my word for it, please, until you have a lot of experience, it is not necessary.

Many people have taken MMS/CD and immediately felt more nausea and recognized the nausea as caused by the MMS/CD and yet they continue to take MMS and even increase the dose while feeling terrible. Well, they finally got better and were feeling great when the illness was gone. That is great and I commend them for continuing through with it, but the discomfort along the way is not necessary. You can get well and come to full health without getting sicker along the way. I say, go low and slow and build up–and I can’t say it enough! Follow the Three Golden Rules of MMS/CD.
