MMS/CD and Antioxidants

Some folks get confused and a bit hung up on the issue of MMS/CD and antioxidants. While it is true, we have said and many others emphasize, you cannot take MMS/CD with antioxidants. Fair enough, it stands to reason that taking antioxidants with an oxidizer is not the best thing to do.

BUT, you have to get a balance here. Consider this: For one, what is the type of “antioxidant” one is taking, is it a “strong” antioxidant? What is the amount you are taking, the strength of it, and so on. Having said this, I am not saying just...

Why it’s Not Working

From a discussion with Jim on why MMS/CD doesn’t seem to be working:

Jim: If it’s not working, do something different. But this can be tricky, you have to give each thing enough time to work, don’t be rash, but don’t stay stuck either, this is where listening to your body comes in and the Three Golden Rules of MMS (chlorine dioxide)—it all works together.

You need to realize, for most people when they get a big diagnosis of some kind, it likely took a long time to get to the condition they are in. So with that in mind,...

Important Safety Tip on Mixing a Dose

Recently it has come to our attention that some people question if you need to take an MMS/CD dose in water.

The answer is a big YES! All MMS (chlorine dioxide) doses, with whatever “variation” of MMS/CD one is taking, needs to be mixed in water. You NEVER take it straight. The standard is usually 4oz of water per dose. This applies to all “variations” of MMS/CD.

In our fast-paced world, and due to many groups on social media (Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, X, and so on) focused on MMS/CD, while we hope this facilitates people learning about this amazing substance,...

How does MMS affect bacteria in the body?

First facts, MMS does not kill friendly bacteria. What is the difference in useful bacteria and the harmful stuff? Well the feces of the useful bacteria is not poisonous and the feces of the harmful bacteria is poisonous and that is what makes one sick and causes the problems.

Poisons have long chains of atoms and molecules. It is easy to break the chain and destroy the poison. With chlorine dioxide present the poisonous chain is oxidized, but since the chain is coming from the body of the pathogen it can be oxidized before it is all the way out...

MMS/CD and Plastics

Question: How does MMS interact with various plastics?

Jim: In regards to your question about plastics, we really cannot give you a “sure bet” answer. This is because the world of plastics is vast, and like so many things in our environment, it’s difficult to know what is really what. To give you an idea, a University of Texas Study published in Environmental Health Perspectives confirmed that hormone-disrupting chemicals leach from almost all plastics, even BPA-free plastics.

So talking about the BPA issue for example. You can go down the aisle in the supermarket today and see the label “BPA...

MMS/CD, Bacteria and Viruses

Question: Does MMS/CD kill bacteria and virus?

Jim: Antibacterial drugs can sometimes stop bacterial [infections] diseases but medicine has yet to develop anything to stop viral infections. Thankfully, MMS/CD has been known to stop both viral and bacterial diseases. For either viral or bacterial infections, begin with the Starting Procedure and continue following the Health Recovery Plan (always observing the Three Golden Rules) until well. (Note: The Health Recovery Plan is outlined in detail in the ).

In the case of viral or bacterial diseases on the skin, use the MMS1 or the MMS2 spray bottle, (see page 76 in...
